
A proud native of West Tennessee, Michael is a lifelong baseball enthusiast who has been playing since tee ball. He co-founded the Tennessee Association of Vintage Baseball in 2012. His coaching career began in 2019, and he has experience across both recreational and travel baseball, he has been an assistant middle school coach since 2024.
He lives by the motto “Do Simple. Better.” Whether on or off the field, he emphasizes discipline in mastering the fundamentals. Every rep matters and presents an opportunity to improve. He is a strong advocate for integrating technology and data tracking to develop athletes, helping players scale their strengths and succeed at the next level.
Michael is BASE and “A” Certified through USA Baseball and holds certifications in Bat Sensors, Hitting, Strength, and Youth Development from Driveline Academy, along with NFHS Coaching Certification. He is a member of the Nashville Coaches Coalition and the Tennessee Baseball Coaches Association.

Originally from Southern California, Tommy is an ex-baseball player with a vast knowledge of the game. He was all-state at Thousand Oaks HS, started four total years at both Cal. Lutheran University & Westmont College, and played against/alongside current MLB players such as Christian Yelich, Nolan Arenado, Mike “Giancarlo” Stanton, Mike Moustakas, Trevor Bauer, Mike Montgomery, and many more.
He has studied hitting under the guidance of former 17-year MLB veteran & World Series champion (’81) Reggie Smith, learned managerial strategies from former San Francisco Giant’s winningest minor league manager Andy Skeels, and talks frequently with Page Odle of PSI Sports Management (represents Aaron Judge) about the state of the game. He absolutely loves baseball, and enjoys passing the knowledge he’s accumulated down to those aspiring to play at the highest levels.
