HEAD COACHDREW CRAWFORD

Coach Crawford brings a passion for player development and several years of high school coaching experience to the program. He spent four years as an Assistant Baseball Coach and three years as the Head Junior Varsity Coach at John Overton High School in Nashville, Tennessee, where he played an integral role in building student-athletes both on and off the field.

During his time at Overton, Coach Crawford served as the varsity catchers coach while leading the JV program, focusing on skill development, fundamentals, and preparing players for success at the varsity level. In addition to on-field instruction, he assisted with program planning, game strategy, team logistics, player communication, and the day-to-day operations of the baseball program.

Coach Crawford is committed to creating a competitive, positive environment where athletes can grow in confidence, develop strong fundamentals, and learn the values of teamwork, accountability, and leadership. His hands-on coaching style and dedication to mentoring young players make him a valuable asset to the coaching staff and the athletes he serves.

ASSISTANT COACHHAYDEN LEWIS

Hayden Lewis is a former NCAA Division II collegiate baseball player and experienced instructor with a passion for developing athletes both on and off the field. A four-year starting center fielder at Union University, Hayden competed in the highly competitive Gulf South Conference from 2016–2019, earning Gulf South Conference Freshman of the Week honors in 2016, Gulf South Conference Player of the Week in 2017, and Tennessee Sports Writers Association (TSWA) Player of the Week in 2018. 

Coach Hayden previously served as Head Coach at No Chance Baseball from 2020–2022 while also providing private hitting, fielding, and agility instruction to athletes of all ages. He has also worked as a youth camp instructor and is committed to helping players improve their skills, confidence, and understanding of the game.

Hayden earned his Bachelor of Science in Sports Management and Marketing from Union University. Known for his positive attitude, strong communication skills, and player-first coaching philosophy, he strives to develop fundamentally sound athletes who compete with confidence, discipline, and a love for the game.
